Karadeniz Ekonomik İşbirliği (KEİ) Uluslararası Daimi Sekretaryası'nda görevlendirilmek üzere denizcilik işleri ve mavi ekonomi konularında uzman bir danışmana ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.  BSEC PERMIS is looking for an expert/consultant in the field of maritime affairs and blue
economy in the Black Sea.
Deadline for application:  10th of January 2020,  06:00 PM Turkish time (GMT+3).
We are launching a call for applications that target experts/consultants with at least three
years of experience in the field of maritime affairs and blue economy in the Black Sea in the
context of the “Knowledge management for the Blue Economy in the Black Sea 2019”
Call, which will be funded under the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF-IBA-BS2019).
 The contract will be for two years, starting from February/March 2020 and will allow
work from distance (the expert/consultant could be based outside Istanbul).
 The tasks will include:
 Coordination and editing of web content and communication materials in close
cooperation with the responsible BSEC PERMIS Executive managers, including for the
website and social media use;
 Ensure that the relevant pages on the BSEC website contain accurate and up to date
information, including impact stories, a channel for strategic communication for the Black
Sea region and EU audiences;
 Monitoring and analysis of policies and initiatives on maritime affairs, fisheries and
marine research in the BSEC Member States and the EU policies, incl. identifying synergies;
 Assistance to the BSEC PERMIS in the development of coherent and focused
communication plans, including analysis of target audiences and communication channels;
 Preparing draft documents and reports with maritime dimension, incl. stakeholder
views, funding and financing opportunities, to support the work of the responsible BSEC
PERMIS Executive Managers.
